- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 0.25 oz Aperol
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice and add bourbon, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, Aperol, and orange bitters.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a thin grapefruit twist rimmed around the glass edge.
