- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz maple syrup
- 2 dashes smoked chili bitters
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, Aperol, sweet vermouth, maple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
