- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
- 12 Brussels sprouts, halved

- 1 tbsp bourbon
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix softened butter with blue cheese and chill until ready to use.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, and bourbon and roast at 400°F until caramelized.
