  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together bourbon, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pineapple slices and cook 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add ham slices to the same skillet and sear for 2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
