  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, bourbon, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ham slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
