  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together bourbon, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Heat butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add sliced red onions and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
