  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and honey to make the salsa and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Pat swordfish dry and brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side until just cooked through.
  4. Let the fish rest briefly after grilling.
  5. Spoon pineapple salsa over the swordfish and serve immediately.
