- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and honey to make the salsa and chill until ready to serve.
- Pat swordfish dry and brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side until just cooked through.
