  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • Salt and black pepper

  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cream
