- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- Heat grill to high.
- Mix butter, bourbon, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
- Spoon a little bourbon butter onto each oyster.
