- 4 tuna steaks
- 3 tbsp bourbon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic together and marinate tuna for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a small splash of bourbon.
- Sear or grill tuna over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing with leftover marinade as it cooks.
- Grill or roast broccolini until tender and lightly charred.
- Serve tuna with soy-ginger glaze spooned over the top alongside the broccolini.
