  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 6 slices prosciutto, torn
  • 4 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp bourbon honey glaze (mix 2 tbsp honey with 1 tbsp bourbon)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto the baking sheet. Score a 1-inch border around the edges without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly inside the scored border on the puff pastry.
