  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Form into meatballs and brown them in olive oil.
  3. Transfer browned meatballs to a saucepan with marinara sauce.
