- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp tahini or sesame paste
Instructions
- Toss tofu with soy sauce and sesame oil, then sear in a hot skillet until golden and set aside.
- Stir-fry the vegetables in neutral oil until crisp-tender.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and tahini together and pour into the pan.
- Return tofu to the skillet, toss to coat, and serve hot.
