- 1/2 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
