- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz rose water syrup
- 0.25 oz Aperol
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, rose water syrup, Aperol, and Angostura bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
