- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz maple syrup
- 0.25 oz mezcal
- 1 whole egg
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Add bourbon, maple syrup, mezcal, and whole egg to a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg and one dash of Angostura bitters on top.
