- 1 oz peach liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes peach bitters
- splash of sparkling water
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and peach bitters.
- Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a thin peach slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
