Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredients

• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 ounce peach liqueur
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 2-3 slices fresh peaches
• Club soda, for topping
• Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the peach slices to release their juices.
2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the glass.
3. Fill the glass with ice and stir well to combine.
4. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with mint leaves.
